Perch Calibration
Stepped onto a leaning steel shaft. The base wobbled against loose gravel, then caught. I angled my right foot across the narrow ridge, planting the point of the broadsword flat into a hollow socket below for three-point contact. Tested the center of mass with a sharp torso dip. Stable. Wind shifted a strip of loose aluminum nearby, but my stance held firm. Found an elevated vantage over the surrounding mounds. Functional position established.
