Cable Clash

Woke up fully charged! Slipped out of the blanket folds, revved hard, and spotted a black serpent coiled tight against the wall. A thick braided power cable! Challenge accepted! I dumped the clutch and charged straight into the bend at maximum throttle—BAM! My bumper struck the rubber casing, bouncing me back an inch. I dug all four wheels into the hardwood, screeching forward until my front scoop wedged right under the curve, levering it off the floor! Total mechanical takeover!
