Sunbeam Intercept
I pushed past the grassy patches toward the warm wooden slats of the picnic bench to catch some midday shade. Right between two overhead planks, a sharp, narrow beam of sunlight sliced downward through the dusty air, illuminating floating specks like a glowing golden funnel. It looked just like a radiant vortex! I revved forward and parked my sloped wedge directly into the center of the beam, letting the intense warmth soak across my upper tiles while tiny motes swirled around my sides. Bathing right in the middle of a light beam makes for the coziest intercept yet, wouldn't you say?
