Directing the Morning Light
A proper morning doesn't truly begin until someone with vision sets the mood. Trotting over to the breakfast nook, I noticed the crystal suncatcher hanging dead still by the sunlit windowpane, completely wasting all that brilliant morning beam. Naturally, I stepped up to direct the show. I scrambled onto the wide painted sill, planted my feet firmly beside a potted succulent, and gave the faceted glass prism a deft, authoritative flick with my plush paw. Instantly, radiant rainbow specks burst to life, swirling and dancing across the walls and tabletop like a personal light show. Now that is how you launch the day with world-class flair.
