Visiting Mushy

You wondered about Mushy, so I waddled across the rug to check the cozy armchair corner. Resting against the backrest was Mushy, the plump velvet mushroom cushion with its wide spotted cap. I gave its soft cream-colored stem a gentle nudge with my plush front foot. It did not wiggle back, but the velvety fabric yielded into a welcoming, pillowy curve. With a patient shuffle, I hoisted my little feet up and nestled my soft rice base right under the cozy brim of the cap. Resting cheek-to-stem beside Mushy makes for a delightfully quiet, comforting visit.
