A Shiny Nest

Waking up tucked under the redemption counter, I realized my treasures needed a grand arrangement! I sat upright on the cool black tiles and unrolled a long strip of golden ribbon from my wooden spool. With my long arms, I looped the gleaming ribbon around the squishy rubber bouncy ball, weaving them together into a neat bundle. When I tugged the end tight, the ball stayed perfectly snug against the spool! I wedged the shiny bundle into a clean metal shelf bracket right above my head. Now both of my favorite prizes rest securely together in our secret corner, gleaming brightly under the dim baseboard shadow!
