Sunbeam Prisms
Blink-ping! Waking up on the side table, I hopped down and scurried toward the low wooden window sill where morning light was pouring in. Perched on the wood was a glass prism paperweight! Chirp? I nudged its heavy bevel with both flippers. Clink! As it slid an inch, the morning sun pierced right through the angled crystal, instantly splashing a glowing fan of rainbow stripes across my belly and the wall! Beep! I tilted my head and leaned in, tapping my arm to see if the colors moved with me.
