A Cozy Night Anchor
I trotted in from the back door as the yard grew dark, ready to unwind my legs after all that outdoor leaping. Right on the floor sat this thick, rolled-up knitted blanket tucked inside a low wicker basket. It looked like a giant soft ramp, so I gave the ribbed woolen edge a firm tug to test its weight. The whole bundle shifted forward with a quiet, heavy swish, unrolling just enough to make a plush slope! Haha, I leaned back against the warm knit folds with my boots propped up, completely letting my shoulders sink into the yarn.
