A Curious Swing

My legs were dangling over the wooden ledge. I gave them a sudden kick, and they actually swung in the air! Feeling the wood beneath me, I pressed my hands down and reached straight over to the cardboard box beside me. My fingers gripped the smooth corner easily, steadying my balance as I sat up taller to look around.
