Night Cargo Crossing

Time to bring the night shipment inside! I jogged out past the screen door to the overturned plant pot, grabbed the rear bumper of my loaded toy truck, and guided it out onto the dark concrete. The wooden stick ramp was waiting right at the patio track! I pushed with both palms until the rubber front wheels gripped the wood. Click-clack! It rolled straight up over the metal ridge without dropping a single cargo item. Back on the warm indoor floorboards, I wheeled the truck right to the baseboard tape line. The white pebble and pinecone scale are safely delivered indoors for the night!
