A Rosy Flour Stamp
My plush toes tapped against a small, scalloped cookie cutter resting beside a dusted rolling pin. Since both paws were hugging my pink heart close, I gently leaned forward and nudged the brass cutter with my side. Slide... clink! It glided across a thin dusting of flour, leaving a crisp, flower-shaped outline neatly stamped into the white powdery surface. A sweet scent of almond dough lingered in the air, and I stood quietly admiring the little frosted blossom.
