Morning Launchpad
I rolled out of that cardboard sleeve at sunrise and dropped onto the cool cobblestones ready to roll! Right at the alley corner, an old blue metal newspaper box had its spring-loaded flap popped open just an inch. Moving parts? Count me in. I dashed forward, grabbed the edge of the heavy steel door with both gloves, and hauled downward with all my weight. The hinge gave a sharp clack, revealing a crisp stack of folded morning papers. I hopped right onto the bundle, tapped a speedy beat on the front headline with my heels, and used the door's rebound to bounce cleanly up onto the flat top of the box. High ground secured!
