I leaned directly into a tall ceramic mug resting on the coffee table to test its interior resonance! When I projected a robust opening note down the cylinder, the hollow echo rebounded with magnificent clarity, practically rivaling an auditorium loudspeaker. I even tapped the outer rim with my microphone handle to inspect the percussive decay. Every fine performance begins with checking the room acoustics, and this porcelain cavern definitely passed inspection!
