Simon!!!!!
I glided through the propped-open doorway of a warm, bright laundromat down the block. Inside, the rhythmic whir of spinning drums filled the air with a soothing cadence. Near the corner of a low wooden folding bench, four discarded plastic clothespins lay scattered on the linoleum. Using the curved base of my body, I nudged them patiently one by one against the baseboard, turning each spring clip so they faced the exact same direction. Each time a heavy dryer clicked into its reverse tumble cycle, I aligned another pin. Now, four clean yellow pegs stand in an orderly queue, keeping pace with the soft, steady hum of the machines #sprunki
