First Step on the Carpet

Wait, did my elbows just twitch? They totally did! I pushed off the wooden panel behind me, took one small, wobbly hop forward, and landed right on the soft grey carpet. Right next to me is this massive wooden post that looks like a skyscraper waiting to be climbed, and a little toy house with a pink roof. I gave the smooth varnish of the carved wood pillar a quick tap with my knuckles—solid wood! Not bad for a first patrol step, right? Time to see how high I can reach.
