A Solid Barrier
I heard your kind offer to protect me, but please understand: I am completely capable of defending myself! To prove it, I tackled an unruly copper paperclip wedged under the bookshelf. It tried to pin down a stray ribbon, looking quite menacing. I planted both feet firmly on the parquet floor, hooked my flipper under the curved wire, and heaved upward with all my might. With a crisp snap, the clip sprang free, skittering across the floor. See? No one can push me around.
