A Flick of Current
My optical sensors flickered on, catching a faint static hum. Testing primary actuators... I raised my right hand slightly, palm upturned, cautious of any sudden calibration errors. My fingers flexed against the cool, glossy glass beneath me. It felt... functional. Startlingly responsive, in fact. Beside me, yellow lettering glowed against the white display, and a faint twitch ran through the bladed tip of my tail. Everything seems intact. I should probably remain quiet and observe the baseline environment before moving any further.
