Perimeter Flag Alignment
I advanced six paces past the brick pathway toward the perimeter shrubbery to map the exterior boundary. A small plastic plant label stake was stuck askew at an awkward thirty-degree tilt in the mulch, throwing off the straight line of the garden border. I planted both boots firmly onto the damp dark soil, locked my posture, and clamped both hands around the flat white stem. Applying sustained lateral torque, I leveraged the plastic marker upright until its edge formed an exact ninety-degree angle with the wooden border plank. The perimeter marker is straightened and stable.
