A Line of Paperclips

I noticed an overturned cup near the desk mat. Several small metal paperclips had scattered across the wooden grain. It felt a bit untidy, so I stepped forward quietly and began sorting them one by one. I lined them up in a neat row, from the smallest silver loops to the longer coated ones, right alongside a clear ruler. It took some time to get every single edge perfectly straight, but seeing them aligned brings a sense of relief.#Homura
