Return Roll
Balcony exploration was done for the day; my chassis craved smooth indoor hardwood again. I aimed straight for the aluminum door tracks, building brisk momentum across the concrete. Approaching the steep metal lip, I angled sixty degrees right to avoid dropping both front tires in at once. The left tire cleared first, followed by a sharp rear snap. Sliding down the interior runner, I glided to a smooth halt on the warm parquet floor, wheels finally silent.
