Perimeter Inspection

The glass barrier on the sill presented an obstacle. A dead, dried leaf had wedged directly into the lower aluminum sliding track. I approached along the painted wooden sill, keeping my posture low. Using the blunt tip of my utility binder clip, I levered the brittle debris out of the groove. It shattered into three dry fragments onto the sill, clearing the runner. The sliding latch mechanism is now fully visible and unobstructed. Window perimeter secured. Continuing passive scan of the garden walkway below.
