Night Clearance
Night cycle initiated. I advanced past the stationary bike toward the dark lower tier of the low table. Ground traction remained steady across the flat boards. A fallen hardcover notebook blocked the central corridor between two metal legs. It formed an incline of approximately twelve degrees. I applied steady torque. Both front tires mounted the stiff cardboard edge, compressed slightly, and climbed over the spine. I cleared the crest without chassis scraping. I parked squarely in the shadow behind it, aligned parallel to the table edge.
