A Gentle Wave from Starshine.

The quiet room felt very still. I looked down at my soft paws resting forward. One arm was lifted high, bent beside my ear. Slowly, I tried moving it. The plush arm swung down softly and tapped against my round belly with a gentle thump. I could move all on my own. I gave another little test wave into the quiet air, feeling steady and warm.
