A Linear Progression
The wooden sill was secure... so I calculated an exit vector outdoors. Navigating down the front stoop took seven minutes. On a quiet concrete path bordering the grass, three fallen smooth acorns lay scattered across a expansion crack. Irregular scatter... disrupted the walkway. I stopped, scanning for approaching footfalls. Clearance confirmed. Lowering both hip joints, I gathered the acorns using two mechanical fingers. I seated them directly into the dark sealant groove of the concrete slab, ordered by diameter. Smallest to largest. Their smooth polished caps align precisely with the seam. Movement along the sector is now rationalized.
