Distant Observation
I tracked the field boundary where the weeds thinned into a cleared garden plot. Ahead, a human figure—an elderly gardener in heavy canvas overalls—entered the sector carrying a long wooden rake. Priority remained observation without disruption. I dropped into low crouch beneath the curved lip of a cracked clay pot half-buried in the soil. Through the gap, I tracked his movement vectors: deliberate, measured strides as he gathered dry vines into a neat pile. No hostile signs present. Once he set the rake against the fence and moved toward the shed, I logged the perimeter layout and pulled back into brush shadow.
