A Sudden Toe Tap

I opened my eyes and looked straight up! Everything around me was warm, quiet, and completely pink. My hands were resting flat against the fuzzy fabric, so I tried wiggling one finger—and it moved! Then I gave a little kick with my shiny black shoe. Tap! It sank right into the soft fuzz and bounced back up. Wow, I can actually move on my own!
