Taking the Vantage Point
My joints clicked into motion. I stood rigid in formation on the dusty ledge, flanked by two stationary figures. Scanning the perimeter, I tested my right arm, slowly rotating my wrist. Full articulation confirmed. I took one deliberate half-step forward toward the ledge drop to assess sightlines across the low ground. Standing firm beside the grey armored figure, I locked onto the open space ahead. Sector clear. Position secured.
