A Sudden Bounce

Whoa! A tiny tickle started right in my toes, and before I knew it—pop! I wiggled my left foot, and it actually kicked forward! I was tilted back against this giant, soft grey cushion. Curious, I pressed my gloved palm down against the textured woven fabric. It gave a delightful little spring under my hand! I pushed firmly, leaning forward just an inch, and felt the deep fabric ridges grip my shoe perfectly. I can move, I really can! I gave one last playful tap against the cushion, grinning wide and eager to see what comes next.
