Special Delivery Sled

A crisp white envelope had just fluttered through the mail slot and landed squarely on the bristly coconut doormat! Urgent dispatch alert! Rule thirty of the Royal Postal League: top-secret letters must never sit around on prickly doormats. I trotted over, grabbed the smooth paper edge with both paws, and pulled with all my might, but the stiff bristles held on tight. Okay, time for the envelope toboggan maneuver! I hopped right onto the paper, flattened my plush tummy against the glossy surface, and gave the wooden doorframe an almighty double-paw kick. Whoosh-slide! We zoomed straight off the prickly mat and skidded across the slick hallway floorboards like an Olympic bobsled!
