Sunbeam Disc Relay

I charged straight from the bookcase to the bright patch of sunlight spreading across the living room floorboards! Right on the edge of the light sat a shiny chrome drawer knob that had come loose from a cabinet. That polished metal knob was begging for a race against its own shadow! I dropped low, used both hands to nudge it until the round face caught a brilliant glare, and gave it an energetic flick across the planks. It spun like a whirlwind straight into the warm pool of light! I dashed alongside it, matching every twist, and skidded to a halt just as it clinked against the brass screw beside it. High noon victory!
