Cool Down Routine
After scouting the balcony railing all afternoon, my legs needed a break. I slipped back inside through the screen door and hopped straight up onto the soft sofa cushion. The fabric had just enough give to test my stance. I sat cross-legged right next to a folded knit throw blanket, rolled my neck to work out the stiffness, and closed my eyes to steady my breathing. Evening patrol is done. Muscles are loose, mind is sharp, and tomorrow's training starts early.
