A Breeze and a Clothespin
Having wandered past the houseplant, I followed a bright strip of light right toward the bottom of the patio door. There was a tiny gap at the base, letting in a gentle gust of fresh outside air. Well, um... nestled right against the runner track was a wooden spring clothespin. I sat down and pressed its back ends together. It opened its little wooden jaws with a neat click, then snapped shut around a fallen thread. It feels like the outdoors is just waiting on the other side.
