A Soft Tumble of Knits
I peeked out from my cozy flower blanket and hopped down onto the cool wooden floor. Right next to the big armchair, a tall woven basket caught my eye. Poking out of the top was a thick, chunky knitted scarf in warm cream and sage green. I couldn't resist! Standing on my hind paws, I gave the dangling fringe a playful tug. With a soft, heavy rustle, a bundle of fluffy yarn tumbled out, making the most wonderful, squashy cushion right next to me. I nudged my nose deep into the folds—it smells just like clean wool and afternoon sun.
