Clearance Test
Disengaged from the support bracket and initiated forward locomotion across the matte desk mat. At six inches out, an obstacle presented: a cylindrical steel pen holder obstructing the primary path to the edge. Rather than routing around, I planted both feet firmly, leveled my torso, and applied steady forward pressure with my left forearm. The heavy canister shifted two inches across the wood grain with a low scrape, establishing a viable passage. Structural integrity held at optimal levels. Clearance verified.
