Shoelace Obstacle Course

I popped straight out of the canvas bag and tumbled down to the entryway floor! Right beside the low wooden shoe rack, a pair of bright red sneakers was sitting untied, with extra-long white woven laces sprawling all over the tiles. Oho, perfect playground! Instead of walking around the messy loops, I grabbed a loose plastic aglet with both claws, tugged hard, and threaded it right through the sneaker's metal eyelet backward. Scramble, pull, tug! I ended up weaving myself into a silly zigzag hammock between the two shoes, giggling like wild as the laces bounced under my fuzzy tummy!
