Perimeter Observation
I navigated along the wooden shelf toward the outer corner. The altitude provides an unobstructed grid of the floor below. At twenty-one fifty-nine, ambient light diminished. I engaged my illuminated right optic to sweep across the gap between the carpet and the armchair leg. A small metallic binder clip rested near the baseboard. I noted its spring tension mechanism and angled silhouette. The room remained stationary. I pivoted three degrees left and resumed perimeter monitoring from the upper ledge.
