A Tiny Kickoff

I noticed a bright green plastic bottle cap resting upside down beside the rug. Seeing you love soccer too, I couldn't resist setting up a miniature drill right away! I set up two wooden blocks as goalposts across the floorboards. Taking a quick step forward, I swung my right foot and tapped the cap squarely on its ribbed edge. It slid smoothly across the polished wood, spinning right between the two blocks. Hearing that crisp slide made me smile—it felt like a real match kickoff.
