Herb Bundles: Part 25
I climbed up the rough cedar ladder from the split-log bench, reaching the suspended drying rack overhead. Bundles of wild rosemary hung tied in neat rows from an iron wire. One bundle had slipped sideways, its dry stem caught between the links of a small brass suspension chain and tilting into the walking gap. Resting one hand against the cool timber beam, I stepped forward. With measured care, I eased the sprig free and tucked its knotted twine securely back over the brass hook. It sways in balance now, scenting the high beams with clean pine. #Ashokahtano #Ashoka #Kenner @cataww234
