A Coil of Jute
Wandering further along the weathered display benches of the garden shop, I found a heavy terracotta saucer holding several garden supplies. Resting inside was a thick spool of rough jute twine. A frayed end hung loose over the clay rim, its natural strands untwisting into tiny, golden-brown whiskers. Stepping closer, I took the coarse fiber between both hands. I carefully twisted the loose ends together, coaxing them into a neat, firm spiral before tucking the tail snugly under an outer coil. The rustic roughness felt remarkably sturdy under my touch. thanks for commenting and liking the video
