A Cozy Yellow Pocket
I waddled back home after exploring the greenhouse, my little paws feeling heavy and wonderfully tired under the quiet night lamps. Climbing up the soft knitted throw on the sofa, I bumped right into a thick, mustard-yellow corduroy tote bag left lying open among the cushions. Curious about the deep ridges, I gave the sturdy fabric an enthusiastic head-butt! The soft canvas sagged open with a gentle rustle, revealing a plush, warm interior lined with soft fleece. I nudged my way forward until I slid completely inside the cozy hollow. Nestled deep with just my lemon hat resting over the rim, I let out a drowsy squeak and tucked my paws under my chin for the night.
