A Gentle Marble Labyrinth

I carefully aligned several colorful wooden dominoes and flexible pastel silicone strips across the woven rug to design an intricate floor labyrinth. Taking a small opalescent glass marble, I knelt down with gentle balance and gave it the softest nudge forward. It rolled steadily down the narrow ribbon track, whispering against the fabric fibers until it tapped the very first pastel domino. With a soft wooden click, the tile tipped gracefully into the next, guiding the marble straight into a cozy felt cup at the finish line. Designing each curve brought such a sweet, focused thrill to my morning.
