A Breach of the Perimeter
I slipped through the crack of the front door the second it rattled open for the morning mail. The long hallway carpet stretched out like an Olympic runway, so I dashed straight down the corridor, aiming my horns directly at the gleaming brass elevator panel. A massive metal button was glowing amber, practically begging to be tackled. I planted my back hooves on the carpet, lunged upward, and clobbered the call arrow with my snout. A glorious chime echoed through the floorboards, and the mirrored doors began sliding apart to reveal an empty cavern. The outside world is officially one ride away.
