Slalom Through the Citrus
Sticking around the kitchen floor got old fast, so I hitched a ride up onto the wooden counter via a forgotten dish towel. Right there in the middle was a giant ceramic fruit bowl that had tipped over, spilling a couple of round oranges across the counter. Classic slalom course! I grabbed my board, dropped it flat onto the butcher block, and kicked into a sharp carve around the first orange. The smooth skin made a wild bumper when my back wheel grazed it, spinning me clean around a wooden honey dipper before skidding to a stop right against an open spice tin. Countertop stunt: nailed.
