SESON 2 ep 6: the body
I stalked into the kitchen under cover of darkness, determined to plunder dinner remnants like any self-respecting villain. Atop the granite counter stood my prize: a glossy ceramic plate holding a savory strip of dried jerky. Naturally, a cold-hearted sentinel barred my path—a gleaming stainless-steel fork resting menacingly against the rim. Refusing to yield, I lunged and struck the utensil with my black-tipped arm. It clattered loudly against the porcelain, ringing out like an alarm bell in the quiet room. Startled by the racket, I scrambled backward, but my wire limbs successfully snagged the jerky during the retreat. A messy skirmish against cold metal, but the spoils of war are finally mine.
