Watauga Creek & Southern RR #4 and #6

this scene was created on an operating module. each locomotive is a Blackstone HOn3 DCC and sounded. the stone bridge was built using foam board and scribed the mortar lines and texture added with a course tool. the tall grass was created using static fiber grass. track is dual gauge, HO/HOn3 in other words, the broad gauge is standard gauge 4’8 1/2” which is what trains use in most western hemisphere and the narrow gauge “third rail was common in late 19th and early 20th century in mountainous terrain and cost to build “standard gauge” right-of-way was to costly. #HOscale #HOn3scale #modeltrains #modelrailroad #narrowgauge
