A Sudden Hop

Pop! My skull snapped right into place with a wonderful crack! I blinked my eyes wide and looked down at this big blank white space. My feet twitched, totally itching to move. So I crouched low like a real stalking cat and did a tiny jump forward—*rip!* The denim on my knees gave a delicious little tear against the seam. Haha! I hissed at the white ground beneath my boots, gave a test paw-swipe at the emptiness, and landed on both feet, completely alive and purring with energy!
