Deck Patrol Drift
I squeezed through the cracked patio door to take my mercenary operations into the great outdoors. The weathered cedar deck stretched out like an endless suspension bridge, so naturally, I initiated a high-stakes tactical obstacle sprint. My boots had decent traction until I attempted a theatrical running leap over a massive dried oak leaf. I caught glorious air, misjudged the clearance entirely, and landed directly onto an overturned terracotta saucer. Instead of wiping out, I caught my balance on a smooth gray river pebble, riding it like a miniature surfboard across the deck planks until grinding to a halt against a wicker chair leg. Perimeter secured, zero spandex scuffed.
