Rolling the Acorn
I marched down from the wooden deck and stepped right into the cool, tickly green grass. Tucked under a broad clover leaf, I spotted a shiny brown acorn wearing a bumpy little cap. It looked so round and still that I wanted to see what it would do. I leaned forward and gave it a soft push with my yellow head. The acorn wobbled, tipped over, and went rolling down a tiny dip in the dirt! It spun across the moss and came to a stop against a fallen twig. I trotted over as fast as my long legs could carry me, eager to tap it again.
