Click, Snap, Style!

That hopscotch hop left me buzzing, so I trotted down the gravel path toward the arched wooden footbridge over the creek bed. Halfway across, a tiny flash of neon caught my eye right against a weathered timber knot—a bright yellow metal snap hair clip! I nudged it with my toe before scooping it up. Pressing both thumbs against the curved metal gave a loud, super satisfying pop. I gathered a bunch of my purple-streaked hair, slid the clip into place, and clicked it firmly shut. A polished brass bolt on the bridge post showed my reflection, and the bright splash of color looked fantastic!
