Rolling Rhythm

I marched straight onto the marble vanity counter where a cool jade facial roller was resting beside an open silver jewelry dish. That slick, pale green stone practically dared me to test its traction! Planting both platform boots square on the thick stone cylinder, I shifted my weight forward and gave the brass frame a decisive nudge. Whoosh! The cylinder spun like a polished treadmill across the cool stone, gliding silently in a clean, sweeping arc. Keeping my balance as the jade whirred underfoot took total focus, but I rode it all the way across the counter before sticking a flawless dismount right onto a folded towel. Morning agility test: nailed!
